Love this app. Shows the amount of data quota, minutes, texts, etc that I have remaining in my account.

A company as big as Telkomsel should at least hire a legit translator. The English version of the app has so many embarrassing mistakes its not even understandable.

Keep logging in, please fix it

After the update, I cannot change the language from bahasa Indonesia to English.

After new update, can not automatically login using 3G. Keep asking for user and password, even though not in a wifi network. Please fix the new bug!

Running well so far on my iPhone 5. Keep it up the good work telkomsel!

Great app, working as I hoped. The major complaint for me (thats why I only give 4 stars) is the UI looks horrible

hoping the new update will feature ios7ish design but no, still the same ugly interface. You guys sure can afford a proper designer

It doesnt log me in automatically anymore. I dont know where I can get "token" or password from. If I get one, its only temporary. How to fix this?! Or fix this please!

This app needs a new look or interface at least support for iPhone 6 or 6 Plus.

Such a great app! Perfect match with iphone 3G! And that was 7 years ago damnit. Perusahaan komukasi indo salah satu yg terbesarnya aja begini; pelit, ga maju2, pengaduan customer lewat doang kaya buang air.

The developer of this apps should be have a rough day and drunk trough all days and night from last 69 years, and then he decide to ruin all people life, because all people need to felt his suffer from his childhood. PS : this apps is inside job, malih tongtong for president

If youre not online, you cant use the app. So if you ran out of quota and you need to buy more, you have to do it old school with the USSD code, and THEN you can access the app to see your quota. Otherwise you just see the terrible splash screen and you get no explanation whatsoever. So you could be sitting there waiting for the app to load so you can top up your internet, but nope. You need Internet to buy Internet. Go figure. Also it seems like its not designed with iOS in mind. The buttons crashed against iPhones status bar and it overall looked like something that belongs in the early 2000s Nokia phone, not a 2014 iPhone. Terrible app, terrible interface, pretty much terrible everything.

The big name of Indonesian Biggest Televomunication company does not guarantee this app would be great ... Lagging, buggy, Just like amateur application arise from nowhere ...

Its already been said by most of the people whove posted, but this app is lacking majorly and is in need of some serious updates. UI Design & Functionality the main two. Please update this soon!

UI is bad, never updated since iOS 7. Feels like web-in-an-app app. Usability is minimum, because it requires you to login using token while on WiFi just to check your data allowance. Sometimes the information inside is not accurate (does not update). Would just aswell use SMS to check my allowance. Using 4G to check the UMB (*xxx#) menu requires you to get off from the 4G network (for quite some time), so I think we need a reliable, all-in-one convenient app to check those UMB menus, or just make the app complete with all menus available on UMB. Please, create a new, built from the ground up redesigned app. We need it so badly.
